Open House @ Treasures on Main

Tonight was the opening night for our
Christmas Open House @
Treasures On Main in Lincolnton, NC
For those of you that are not locals...
we are located in beautiful North Carolina
right in the center of the state ( about)  & just a few hours from the beautiful
mountains and beaches! It's a grand place to live!
Three days we spent ...completely re-arranging the space for Christmas!
Lots of new treasures, vintage and handmade were added...
take a look...

I carried those big branches from Sandra's yard in my car ...
it was a mess..but worth it in the end...
I hung all of my vintage sheet music ornaments
and covered the branches with
little twinkle lights
Sandra added her vintage Shiney Brights
 in boxes around the table
Her husband , Jack made this display cabinet for us
out of old doors...
IT IS SO AWESOME!!!

We've both been collecting vintage silver so we added several pieces
to the front display with more shiney brights
I re-finished the old doll cabinet
you can't see in this pic but I lined the drawers with old book pages

the stockings were hung
the trees were placed ( no trimmings).... we like'em plain
our Holiday Potpourri and more shiney brights...
and the old blue cabinet is full of vintage treasures

the back wall is adorned with the chippy white screen doors
purchased @ Southern Comforts in Concord, NC
Thanks to Ms Beth @ Olde Tyme Marketplace for that
awesome tip...we got four...and love them all!

a little Christmas is spread through-out the space
this little tree is full of handmade ornaments

this a view of the left side of the space...

and of the right side of the space....
Sandra kept telling me...
"we have alot of stuff!"
But I love it totally FULL...
My favorite spaces in antique malls are the ones that
are full of treasures!
You can be sure that JUNK WILD
is overflowing with some great stuff!

If you are local please take some time this weekend and
stop over at Treasures On Main !
Open House hours are
Friday & Saturday 10 -8pm
Sunday 1 - 4 pm
located @
 119 East Main Street
Lincolnton, NC 28092

Our last shows are this weekend...
Saturday 9 am - 2pm
I'll be set up @ Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Denver, NC
Sandra will be at Paw Creek Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, NC

Then it will be time
to rest
and be Thankful!!

It's the Eve of my 49th Birthday....
I'm blessed and thankful for so much!
Especially for good friends!
Just look at what my sweet friend Sandra gave me today...

5 Beautiful Teardrop Shiney Brights...I'm a fool for Shiney Brights!!
these will look so great on my tree this year!!
Thank You Sweet Sandra!
Now ...IF I could just get my Sweetie to deliver
THIS for my Birthday.....

HAHAHA...just kidding I know they don't deliver'em like that
....do they?
Oh Well...A girl can dream can't she?
Hope you all have a great weekend!
